Many research studies in the recent past have said that one vital factor in supporting good health is the introduction of healthy oxygen into the body.

The body gets weak when there is lack of oxygen, which makes diseases and other ailments breed inside.

By introducing healthy oxygen into the body through my specific exercise program, you can eliminate illness, disease and other ailments from the body.

It has recently been shown that oxygen can also aid in weight loss efforts.

As we age, our breathing becomes harder.

This can have a surprising effect on our body, as the muscles responsible for our lungs and breathing passages become tense and weak.

As we grow older, the muscles are doubleworked because not only do we use them to control our diaphragm but also to balance our body. The muscles become weak because this is not what they were designed to do.

As the diaphragm becomes tenser, making it not function properly any longer, it affects our breathing in a negative way.

Unfortunately what this means for our bodies is that our metabolism is going to slow down over time, making weight loss increasingly difficult over time.

However, there is still a saving grace available to you: you can tune your body up and can restore your ability to fight disease and promote healthy weight loss by adding healthy oxygen into your system.

By increasing the amount of oxygen in your body, you can restore it, improve your health, and at the same time lose weight and maintain it.

Your body could become a weight loss machine, virtually on auto pilot. What I mean by this is that by following my weight loss program and filling your body with healthy oxygen, you can lose weight naturally without insane diets or overwhelming exercise programs.

My exercise program is simple and innovative, and will change your life.

If losing weight has been difficult in the past, now with my groundbreaking program, it becomes simpler than ever. All you need to do is follow my exclusive program and the exercises in it, and you will see significant results instantly.

Even if your age is making it difficult for you to lose weight, my weight loss breeze program has everything you need to help you.

A calorie shifting diet is a specific weight loss technique that attempts to stop the natural process of your metabolism slowing down. Your metabolism slows down naturally when you begin to eat less as a result of a diet. This is why a calorie shifting diet can be so effective; when you proceed with a normal low calorie diet your metabolism grinds almost to a halt. This is due to the fact that your body is designed to store a certain amount of fats. When the fat you have stored within your body comes under threat by a diet; your metabolism will effectively slow down to help your body compensate for this.

Whereas with the traditional approach, the body protects its fat reservoir, a calorie shifting diet works against nature to counteract this effect. By using this method, your metabolic rate will not decrease because your body will never catch on to the fact that your fat stores are in jeopardy.

Take for example; if you were following a strict 1000 calorie a day diet you would probably not lose any weight. So instead of this you alter the amounts of calories that your body gets. So you could have 100 calories one day and then the next day eat 1200, then you could go back down to 900 a day and so on. This way your body does not become militant to the specific amounts of calories and as it never knows what it is going to get; your metabolism works at its normal fast rate. You are in effect playing a trick against your body.

There are other benefits to this method. For instance, it’s been proven that people tend to snack on certain days, whereas on others, they are not as likely to do so. This allows you to plan snacks accordingly. Calorie shifting also allows you eat a larger variety of foods, as you can make up tomorrow for what you eat today. As a result, you’ll probably stick with the diet longer.

So let’s talk specifics. Let’s discuss a calorie-shifting plan you can adopt for yourself. Our suggestion is that you take four days and eat almost all low-fat foods, striving for the same calorie intake each of those days. The other three, you should eat more calories, focusing more on the foods you know and enjoy. The next four, you’re back to the low-fat diet, and so on. This approach keeps you excited about the diet and allows your metabolism to operate at its normal rate. And so, you lose weight — weight that stays off.

But beware: our body is an intelligent computer and might catch on to your plan. You have to make sure you keep outsmarting it by regularly changing the calorie amounts. Even if you have a pattern of 1,500, 500, 1,500, 500, your body will sense the pattern and adapt. Instead try for something like 1,500, 600, 1750, 800, 1600, 750, etc. Never let it know that its fat stores are under assault! To make sure you’re not falling into a detectable pattern, make sure you write everything down for the week.

If you’re one of those who has thus far found permanent weight loss evasive, take heart! The calorie shifting diet might be just what the doctor ordered, and might be your key to permanent success.

Oh and one more very important thing – drink lots of water! Yes, water is good. It helps to flush out toxic wastes in your body and ensures that your body is not retaining water because of the lack of it.

We all know that vitamins and minerals are good for our body but did you know that administering the right vitamins could actually increase your metabolism. Metabolism is the process that our body uses to convert any food we eat into energy so our body can be active when needed.

Usually the metabolism will slow down with age and thus, we start having problems digesting the food normally and even gaining weight even if we eat the exact same types of foods we used to eat. Women face a slow down in the metabolism approximately after 30 and men after 40 but this age may differ vastly depending on the food you eat and on how active a life you lead.

Can You Use Vitamins To Increase Metabolism

The answer is yes; you can use vitamins to increase metabolism naturally such as vitamin C and B, which are found naturally in fruits and vegetables such as oranges, lemons and so on. Eating the right type of foods at the right time of the day can provide you with the required vitamins to increase metabolism naturally and you may not need any other stimulants for it.

You can also find vitamins to increase metabolism in metabolism increasing pills, which are mainly made of vitamins and minerals such as Coenzyme Q10. Antioxidants also contain vitamins to increase metabolism such as green tea and ginseng.

Include Vitamins To Increase Metabolism In Your Daily Diet

The best way to ensure that you help increase your metabolism naturally is to carefully select the food you eat everyday from breakfast to snacks and ensure that you don’t keep your body starving, which automatically slows down your metabolism but also do not indulge in over eating, as it has the same effect.

Many people feel if they starve they will loose weight fats, when in fact they slow down there metabolism to the point that they will loose weight eventually but when they start eating normally again they will gain twice as much because the metabolism cannot process at that rate anymore. When overeating the same effect occurs, in the sense that the metabolism cannot deal with processing large amount of food at once and you will have indigestion and other possible complications.

Helpful Tips

Find out from your doctor what vitamins and minerals can help your metabolism increase and how you should be administering it, as sometimes they can be administered in the form of fruits and vegetables and other times in the form of pills depending on your present state of health and age.

You must have read or heard more then once how your metabolism is directly responsible for your weight gain and many other diseases that come from it. The fact is that with age all our metabolisms slow down especially in women and therefore we must take specific steps in order to ensure that we get the ultra metabolism, which will provide good health and a shapely figure.

What Is Metabolism

Metabolism is the process through which your body digests food and extracts energy that you need in order to function everyday. As we age our metabolism slows down, this occurs approximately at the age of 30 in women and approximately at 40 for men; when the metabolism slows down we are faced with problems such as bad indigestion, lack of energy and subsequently weight gain.

How To Get An Ultra Metabolism And How Does It Help

Ultra metabolism brings back the normal functioning of your body and more importantly your energy. Eating right and exercising is the first step with which you can increase your metabolism and bring it to the ultra metabolism level where you will avail of energy all day long and be healthy. Exercising is a natural way to increase your metabolism, as you increase the blood circulation in your body and thus, your whole body’s system will work at a higher rate; this is the reason why you need to engage in exercise that involve your whole body such as, walking, jogging or aerobics.

Eating right usually means foods low in fat, as those are the items that slows down your digestive tract and your metabolism in the process making you feel sleepy and without energy.

Other Ways To Obtain Ultra Metabolism

If you cannot indulge in exercising for any reason you can increase your metabolism through vitamins and minerals. There are also weight loss pills available that act by increasing your metabolism and thus giving you energy to burn the extra calories. Ultra metabolism is number one on the list of any weight loss program but also a requirement in many illnesses that are caused due to slow metabolism.

Helpful Tip

Before you indulge in any weight loss pills, vitamins or minerals that will increase your metabolism consult your doctor; even the most harmless of medications can interfere with other medications that you might be administering or a present state of health such as, high blood pressure.

Metabolism is often the number one target in any weight loss or gain plan as, it is responsible for processing the digested food and converting it into energy so that the body can function normally. Thyroid is a glad that is situated right above the Adam’s apple in the throat and it produces hormones that are directly responsible of the proper function of our body’s metabolism.

The Direct Connection Of Thyroid Metabolism

When we face any kind of malfunctions with the thyroid glad you are very likely to have problems with your metabolism, which in turn will affect your weight gain and loss. Thyroid and metabolism are directly connected and if you have gained weight because of your thyroid glad, loosing it can be a lot more difficult then just increasing your metabolism rate.

How To Treat Thyroid Metabolism Problems

Thyroid metabolism problem must be treated only under the supervision of a qualified doctor, as the hormones need to be regulated in order to be able to deal with the metabolism rate and eventually control weight gain or loss. The two main forms of thyroid disorders are: hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism and unfortunately both these disorders affect directly one’s weight gain or loss.

Treating thyroid metabolism requires specific treatments that may take a considerable amount of time and may have nothing to do with the amount of food you eat and how much you exercise but just regulating the hormones that are released by the thyroid glad in order to increase and regulate your metabolism in order to work again it its normal levels.

Helpful Tips

Learn to understand your body and realize when it is not responding to simple things like loosing weight with added exercise or activity and controlled balanced diet; finding out the thyroid metabolism problem in time may help you prevent excessive weight gain or loss.

If you are having sudden weight gain and none of the diets or exercises has worked, you may want to consult a doctor to find out if your weight problem is not a direct result from a thyroid metabolism problem. Thyroid metabolism weight gain can be very frustrating, as most times there is nothing that you can do to stop gaining weight but follow the treatment and let it run its course. Balanced diet and exercise always help, as well as the support of family and friends.

Testosterone is an anabolic steroidal hormone that provides a handful of benefits for men. However, the most important aspect of testosterone is that it helps in building muscle mass and strength. When a person develops lean muscles, he or she increases energy every day.

Metabolism, on the other hand, is an important body process that helps in burning calories. According to different studies, a person with more lean muscles has faster metabolic rates compared to people with fewer muscles.

Metabolism and testosterone levels both decrease as people age. A drop in testosterone levels can have negative effects to the development of lean muscles, sex drive and metabolism. Because of this, you need to increase testosterone and metabolism at the same time in order to lose weight, build muscles and increase energy for normal daily functions.

How To Increase Metabolism And Testosterone Levels

Supplementation of testosterone for metabolism boost, sex drive increase and weight loss can be prescribed to some people who do not want to undergo long-term testosterone therapy. However, it is best to look for alternatives that could increase your testosterone levels without supplements. If you want a natural and drug-free way to keep testosterone metabolism normal, you should consider some changes in your lifestyle to achieve the results you need.

Both metabolism and testosterone needs the right kind and proper amount of nutrients to ensure normal functions. Another important lifestyle change is regular exercise. Not only does exercise boost metabolism, it also increase testosterone levels gradually and without any medications.

According to various studies, men and women who have been diagnosed with low levels of testosterone find it difficult to build muscles and lose excess fats. When doctors supervised a nutritional program and exercise regime, the patients experience a significant improvement in moods, sexual functions and overall health.

When women gain weight due to aging or taking birth control pills, some doctors ask these patients to undergo testosterone therapy. After the therapy, the women gradually revive their sex drives, metabolism and energy.

Obesity can also be related to hormonal imbalances. When a man or woman’s hormones become irregular, their metabolism slows down. Without proper metabolic rates, the man or woman will gain weight without adding lean muscles, which leads to overweight or obesity.

The decrease of metabolism and testosterone levels can greatly affect how your body performs. Seeking treatment for testosterone drop can help improve your metabolism, weight management and overall health.

Sucrose is a natural product found in most fruits and vegetables. Sugar cane and sugar beet contain very high concentrations of sucrose. Another name for table sugar is also sucrose. Some studies show that sucrose makes up as much as 20% of our daily food intake. Because sucrose is considered to be a high complex carbohydrate sucrose metabolism is needed to combat the danger to our bodies.

Sucrose has been known to cause renal failure in both humans and rats. Renal cells are unable to metabolize sucrose in its original form which results in severe water retention. Sucrose must be hydrolyzed into glucose and fructose before it can be absorbed by the small intestines.

Sugars provide the body with energy but sucrose metabolism must take place before the energy is released. Diets high in sucrose will often lead to diabetes because of the inability of the body to metabolize large amounts of sugar. The body produces insulin which is used for sucrose metabolism, breaking the sugar down into components which can be used for energy. With continued intake of large amounts of sugar the body loses the ability to produce enough insulin to handle it. Over time this can result in severe pancreas and liver damage.

Negative Effects On The Body

Sucrose is high in empty calories which lacks essential vitamins and minerals. The body is accustomed to metabolizing about 300 grams of glucose a day which the body uses for energy. Increased consumption of sucrose can lead to a number of negative health problems. Without sucrose metabolism, acid levels are produced in the mouth which can lead to tooth decay. When stress is placed on the adrenal glands it can cause a rise in adrenalin levels. Increased adrenalin can cause hyperactivity, headaches, and mood swings. Excess sugar turns into saturated fats which in turn causes high triglyceride levels in the bloodstream. It also contributes to increased cholesterol production which can lead to cardiovascular disease.

Without sucrose metabolism, the body will store the sugars in the form of fluid and fat, resulting in weight gain and obesity. Obesity is considered to be one of the top health related concerns today. Severe obesity can result in years being lost from your life by promoting premature aging and increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease. Increased sucrose intake has also been linked to acme and reduced immune system function. Refined sugars can also deplete many essential vitamins and nutrients the body needs to stay healthy.

Metabolism is an important process that involves the conversion of food into fuel or energy, which your body uses for body functions or repairs. This process also involves the storage of fat that will be converted into energy for future use.

When a person has a slow metabolism, he or she burns calories less effectively, resulting in the storage of unwanted calories that become body fat. On the contrary, having a fast metabolism provides a more effective burning of calories and less storage of excess fats.

Raising metabolism is important, especially for people who need to lose weight, those who are diagnosed with metabolic disorders and people who are experiencing a decrease in metabolic rate due to aging.

Factors To Consider In Raising Metabolism

In raising metabolism effectively, you need to understand your body’s metabolic needs and usage of calories. Metabolic needs of your body is the amount of energy required for your body to function daily, while the calorie usage is the amount of calories burned during these bodily functions, such as moving or thinking.

A person’s metabolic rate is the degree and efficiency of how your body performs with daily body tasks. In raising metabolism, you first need to determine your “basal or resting metabolic rate”, which varies from one person to the next. The basal metabolic rate is the amount of calories you need to burn to convert into energy that your body needs to keep tissues and organs working properly. As a rule of thumb, the heavier you are, the more calories you need to fuel important body processes.

However, raising your metabolism is not as easy as it may seem. Since several factors determine a person’s metabolic rate, different approaches are used to boost up metabolism.

For instance, genes play an important role in one’s metabolism because some people are born with fast metabolisms, while others have slower metabolism. Another factor you need to consider in raising metabolism is age. Be aware that as people age, the amount of calorie requirement decreases.

One of the most important factors to examine is your level of physical activity and muscle development. Exercise is the most effective way of raising metabolism because it promotes your body to metabolize faster even after your exercise. In addition, people with more muscles have better chances of raising metabolism because the more muscles you develop, the more effective burning of calories become.

Of course, you should never forget to look after nutrition because raising metabolism involves a proper supply of different nutrients, regular exercise and lifestyle changes. Lose weight, treat metabolic disorder and defy the signs of aging by keeping your metabolism at normal levels.

The Importance Of Protein

Protein is essential in any well balanced diet. Bodybuilders depend upon a high protein intake to maintain muscle mass and to build bulk. Pregnant mothers require higher protein intakes for the proper physical development of the fetus and nursing mothers are instructed to watch their protein intake carefully to ensure good nutrition for themselves and their baby. Proteins are found mostly in animal products such as meat, eggs and dairy products but are found in smaller quantities in nuts and some vegetables.

The Protein Metabolism Process

Protein is metabolized through a complex biological process which breaks down the protein into building blocks that can be utilized by the body. Protein metabolism provides energy for your body to carry on normal processes like repairing damage, new cell growth and functions like breathing and circulation.

The Differences In Protein And Carbohydrate Metabolism

Carbohydrates consist mainly of simple sugars. Proteins are comprised of mostly amino acids which must be converted to glycogen or sugar before the body can utilize it. Your body will burn through carbohydrates quickly where protein metabolism takes longer. This principle is important to understand for people with diabetes or hypoglycemia.

Diabetics are instructed to follow strict dietary guidelines that balance protein portions with carbohydrate portions to help maintain stable blood sugar levels in the body throughout the day and night. This guideline is also helpful for non-diabetics as a stable blood sugar level is healthier for internal organs.

How To Utilize Protein To Obtain Better Health

Increasing the intake of protein rich foods can improve over-all nutritional status. Choosing low fat items like dairy products made form skim milk can help achieve weight loss and curb weight gain. Eating fish, turkey and chicken as opposed to beef and pork can be beneficial to persons with health problems related to cholesterol and obesity.

While each individual metabolizes food at a different rate, choosing healthy foods, eating more frequent, smaller meals and getting regular exercise can help to boost the time it takes to utilize food as energy. Increasing muscle mass through weight lifting of static exercises can also increase a person’s metabolism.

Protein metabolism is a complex function that our bodies perform without our conscious efforts. Making changes to factors that we are conscious of can assist our bodies to optimize healthy performance. Understanding those changeable factors as well as understanding how metabolism works is necessary to achieve good health.

Metabolism largely affects a person’s weight. When you have normal metabolism levels, losing weight effectively is easier compared to people with slow metabolism. However, having normal metabolism is not enough to lose excess weight or maintain normal weight. Following regular exercise and a healthy diet plan is also important.

Nutrition and metabolism go hand in hand because the type of food you eat increase or decrease your metabolic rate. Be aware that there are unnatural methods available for boosting your metabolism, but these methods yield short-term results. Metabolism and nutrition planning is the best way to go.

Although you can easily purchase over-the-counter metabolism enhancers and take them as supplements, you need to understand that losing weight is more than just shedding pounds – it should involve a gradual change in eating habits and lifestyle. Combining proper nutrition and metabolism does just that.

Contrary to popular belief, a low-calorie diet slows down a person’s metabolism. Every time you deprive yourself from food, your body will react on its own by preserving extra calories and storing them as fats in your body for future use. In addition, as you lose weight through starvation, you lose muscles that result in a reduced rate of weight loss.

Metabolism And Nutrition Facts

If you want to increase metabolism and nutrition planning is your method of choice, then you need to determine the important foods and nutrients to incorporate into your diet.

For instance, some experts recommend increasing your protein intake. This is because proteins take a longer time to digest, allowing your body to burn more calories during digestion. However, calcium is the most important nutrient you need to include in your diet because helps in boosting your “resting metabolism”.

Be aware that the sources of your nutrients are very important in the relationship of nutrition and metabolism. For instance, it is best to drink fresh milk daily instead of taking calcium or protein supplements.

Another metabolism-boosting nutrient is fiber from vegetables, beans, fruits and whole-grain bread. It has the same effect on your body as that of proteins. Meaning, fiber also helps your body burn more calories, lose weight effectively and increase the rate of fat loss.

Some foods may give negative effects to your metabolism and nutrition. For instance, alcohol and caffeine is not recommended because it decreases your metabolism activity. Instead, you can replace coffee with green tea to boost your metabolism naturally.

Choosing the right foods can largely affect how your metabolism performs. Don’t fall for supplements easily. Go for the natural way and experience a healthier and slimmer body.
